The Richards Bay Industrial Development Zone SOC Ltd hails the recent recognition and award as Runner up in the Service Excellence: Business Category during the Zululand Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s annual business excellence awards. The RBIDZ was recognised for its glaring effort aimed towards delivering on its mandate.

For the SEZ, service excellence cannot be compromised given the mandate underpinning and driving the company. “Being an entity that is at the forefront for economic stimulation and development, led by the KZN Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environment Affairs, pursuing excellence in our operations means we have a responsibility and obligation to fulfil our mandate and create much needed opportunities for a wide range of our stakeholders”.
